You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Axiom.

2. What Axiom is

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

  • Paid plans include a 7-day free trial and renew automatically each month until cancelled.
  • You may cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals. Fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with notice.

5. Brokerage connections

Any brokerage connection you authorize is read-only. Axiom cannot place trades, move cash, or withdraw funds. You may revoke a connection at any time.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by scraping, reverse-engineering, reselling access, circumventing security, or using Axiom for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The Axiom platform, including its models, scores, and interface, is owned by Helios Collective, Inc. You retain ownership of your own data; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service for you.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Axiom is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helios Collective, Inc. and Nova One Capital are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for investment losses, arising from your use of the platform.

9. Termination

You may stop using Axiom at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the platform and its users.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
